Return Process

  Log into your MaxOffer account and navigate to the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization number.

  Package Your Items

  Securely pack the products in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and any promotional inserts or accessories are included to qualify for a full refund.

  Ship the Package

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your confirmation email to the outside of your box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship your replacement item within 5-7 business days.
